• Online Registration

Delegates should be register online. Registration fee and hotel reservation can be made via Visa Card, MasterCard or UnionPay Online Payment.

Registration Entitlements

Each registered delegate will receive a registration confirmation by email. Official receipt for the registration and certificate of attendance will be provided to each registered delegate onsite at the Symposium.

Cancellation and Refund

Written notice of cancellation must be received via email by 29 August 2025 to the Secretariat. The registration fee, after deducting 50% administrative charge, will be refunded within two months after the Symposium. There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 29 August 2025. However, replacement of participant is allowed, subject to approval of the Organizing Committee. Please send details of the replacement in writing to the Symposium Secretariat by 30 August 2025. No substitution will be accepted after 30 August 2025.
